Greetings. I just want to welcome new c-3200 users. I decided to put up a sharprom image backup file. use the "backup and restore" utility to install it. This is really intended for new zaurus users of the 3200 who is undecided and until cacko rom and pdaxrom become more available and updated for use. Will only work on the c3200. It's a stepping stone "if you will."
it has tons of stuff needed for the beginner (english only).

I revamped the section for 640x640. Now it has high quality wallpapers for your Zaurus c-series. It is a small amount of wallpapers but its a price someone needs to pay for making sure the wallpaper "fits." Landscape or Portrait mode, the wallpaper will fit without delivering an "awkward look." The color is also perfect. I am making sure that the wallpaper delivers "The Look!" Size was an issue when i tried viewing these images from my zaurus. my main goal is to have: 1. viewable images on the z 2. Beatiful and best images possible and available for the community 3. easy download. After choosing the images needed and fixing the size for propor fit, i had to drop using png and switch the files over to jpeg image. Now its faster even for a 56k user and the zaurus will not have too much trouble viewing the vast amounts of images like it did before. As of right now, my current favorite wallpapers are dahlia, grass, debian on fire, grassy hills, and Luis Royo theannouncement from the 640x640 section.
On another note, Currently working on finishing the 4 sl-5500 themes and 2 more for the c-series. Not sure when ill have them up but it will be up.

I just updated sl5500 oslinux. It fixes a problem when you tried using the file manager from the sharprom where you could'nt actually see the tab selector for which drive. Version oslinux sl5500 1.1 is up in the themes section. mozilla users may need to empty out there cash since it doesnt register as an edited page and causes you to see your cached page.

I just updated the landscape and portrait section. The very first image is the template. Incase you decide to create your own wallpaper and place them in my upload section (soon to come), you can use this as a template to create background images that actually fit on your zaurus. If you understand the concept of layers for example using a image program, you can use it as a basis to guide you in aligning an image so it fits perfectly and you don't have to guess at it. I am fixing all the wallpapers individually as my time allowes. I pretty much hand pick the stuff and arrange it so that it works both in portrait and landscape for specific the c-series. I am not sure how the sl6000 will behave since i do not own one.

Completed the c-xxxx theme. You can download it under themes section. The cool monkey will be out soon for the sl-5500. Gant will be out as well. I need a tester for the sl-6000 series since i dont own one for theme purpouses.

Just a small update- I just purchased a c-1000. I'll be creating some themes for this unit as well. I am almost finished with my second theme. It's bland, it's legible, its just a monkey suite for your zaurus! It's almost done. Just a few more days until i redoo the blue or green or brown colors i want for this. The icons are almost done as well (not designed by me-read the text file included). you can modify and customize your zaurus icons in the same fashion as umicons. Just use the tab manager and replace the icons with the xtra stuff i added. Tabs, lower icons, and taskbar wont be done until ....well until its done. that might be version 2 or 3 or 4. Current version of softawares are at 1. I'm planning on creating a separate theme for the ko/pi softwares. Not sure if im gona go through with it but i would like to see my pims match the themes.--- 8)

Welcome. Feel free to view the content of the website. It will be updated on a weekly basis providing wallpapers, themes, etc. Also, will provide a gallery of some of Sharps' cool products. The contents on the site are mixed so feel free to browse it all. The images that are shown in "wallpapers" is the best possible images for your pda using extensive processes and best filters to provide best results of conversions from other wallpaper formats and sizes.
